Essa sopa foi uma bela surpresa.
Era dia de fazer as sopinhas da minha filha, e tenho feito receitas que eu possa comer também....pra maior eficiência.
Tinha aqui em casa: lentilha, carne moída, inhame e folhas de mostarda, e foram esses os ingredientes que usei.
Ingredientes:
- 2 cebolas
- 2 dentes de alho
- 250gr. de lentilhas
- 500gr. de carne moída
- 3 inhames
- 5 folhas de mostarda
- 1 copo de macarrão para sopa, bem pequeno (estrelinha)
- salsinha e sal à gosto
Modo de preparo:
Fritei a carne moída na panela de pressão, quando já estava douradinha, adicionei a cebola e o alho e refoguei. Adicionei o inhame picadinho e a lentinha (que já tinha ficado de molho por 5 horas), cobri com água e cozinhei na panela de pressão por 50 minutos.
Desliguei o fogo, esperei a pressão sair.
Abri a panela de pressão e liguei o fogo novamente, quando começou a ferver adicionei o copo de macarrão e cozi por 10 minutos, adicionei as folhas de mostarda picadinhas, sal e salsinha bem fininho e cozinhei por outros 3 minutos. Desliguei o fogo e a sopa estava pronta.
